What certifications do your notaries have?
All of our notaries are commissioned by their state and have are approved for Remote Online transactions. For title and loan packages, our notaries must either be certified by a national certifying group, like the NNA or LSS or have demonstrated significant experience in expertly handling these unique transactions. Additionally, to handle title and loan transactions, notaries must carry at least $ 100,000.00 in errors and omissions insurance.
What kind of documents can you notarize?
We notarize almost any document that can be notarized by an in-person notary including, wills, trusts, powers of attorney, title packages, mortgage documents, government forms and legal documents. We can notarize for individuals all over the world as long the document is intended for use in the United States.
How many signers can sign in one session?
Our system can handle up to 10 signers, all in different locations in one signing session.
Do you have bi-lingual notaries?
Yes! At present, we have Spanish-speaking and English notaries and are actively recruiting highly qualified notaries that speak other languages.
Can signers be in many locations?
We’ve notarized documents for people all over the world, from China, India – even Alabama!! Because we sign remotely using a secure video link, we can handle multiple locations simultaneously, as long as they have access to a good internet connection and audio/video capability.
How are the documents validated?
All of our notaries have digital certificates from Identrust or another public certificate authority. Each signer is issued a digital certificate after their ID is verified with biometric authentication. The certificates render the documents tamper-evident, so any changes can easily be detected.
