Subscriber vs. Contractor Notaries

At USA Notary Services, we support two distinct classifications of notaries—Subscribers and Contractors—each designed to suit different business needs. Subscriber Notaries are independent professionals who bring their own clients and use our secure platform to complete remote signings. They manage their own pricing, billing, and client relationships, with minimal oversight from us. Contractor Notaries, on the other hand, are vetted professionals who receive assignments directly from our platform. They must meet higher compliance standards, follow our workflow, and are paid a portion of the client fee by USA Notary Services. Both paths offer flexibility and strong income potential, depending on how you prefer to work.
